How to restore the registry using Regedit.
If you experience problems with windows after editing the registry and you forget which keys were edited then simply re-install from your backup.
It is assumed you made the registry backup before editing.
This tutorial will demonstrate how to reinstall your registry backup.

1) In the Start Screen type 'regedit'
Click 'Apps' then in the left hand pane click 'Regedit'

2) In the Registry Editor click 'File' in the top left corner

3) Click 'Import'

4) Navigate to your Backup file and click 'Open'
